| 针对蒸汽发生器中换热管束与抗振条之间的冲击磨损问题,本文提出了一种抗冲击磨损的耐磨润滑表面结构。该结构通过在抗振条的光滑基体表面制备了不同尺寸的凹坑织构,并在织构表面沉积了具有优良润滑性能的无氢类金刚石ta-C涂层。在空气环境下研究了其与换热管的冲击磨损行为。实验结果表明,该结构有利于延长接触界面的单循环接触时间,吸收冲击能量,最大冲击力最高可降低40%。此外,换热管管壁最大磨损深度和磨损率可降低82%和94%。 |

| The study proposes an abrasion-resistant lubricated surface structure to address the issue of impact wear between the heat exchanger tube (HET) bundle and anti-vibration bars (AVBs) in steam generator. This structure involves fabricating variously sized hole textures on the smooth substrate of the AVBs and depositing a hydrogen-free diamond-like carbon (ta-C) coating with excellent lubricating properties on the textured surface. The impact wear behavior between the HETand AVBs is investigated in the air. Experimental results indicate that this structure is conducive to prolonging the single cycle contact time of the interface, absorbing impact energy, and reducing the maximum impact force by up to 40%. Furthermore, the maximum wear depth and rate of the HET’s wall can be reduced by 82% and 94%. |
