      为提高进口箱堆场单双吊具场桥的作业效率,研究了进口箱堆场单双吊具场桥 的调配优化问题。 针对一个固定计划期内的进口箱堆场,首先,重点关注双吊具场桥可 同时抓取 2 个集装箱的特点并兼顾同一堆场中场桥作业不可交叉跨越等现实约束,构建 了以场桥的空闲成本、移动成本和调用成本及集卡提箱的等待成本之和最小为优化目标 的数学模型;其次,为求解该模型设计了改进遗传算法(improved genetic algorithm,IGA), 给出作业期内进口箱堆场中场桥调配方案;最后,多组数值实验验证了所提方案的有效 性,并通过敏感性实验分析了进口箱堆场中不同尺寸集装箱比例对优化目标的影响。
英文摘要:
      In order to enhance the operational efficiency of single and double spreader yard cranes in import container yards,the deployment optimization problem of these cranes is studied. For an imported container yard within a fixed planning period, firstly, a mathematical model is constructed with the objective of minimizing the sum of the idle cost,moving cost,call cost of the yard crane and the waiting cost of the container pickup. Secondly,an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is designed to solve the model,providing the deployment scheme for the yard crane in the imported container yard during the operation period. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through several sets of numerical experiments,and the influence of the proportion of different container sizes in the import container yard on the optimization objective is analyzed through sensitivity experiments.
