为探究翅形护套发热电缆的传热特性,模拟了圆形护套和不同结构参数的翅形护套发热电缆的温度场,建立了地板辐射采暖系统的二维传热模型,分析了铺设间距、地板装饰层材料、保温层材料对翅形护套发热电缆传热特性的影响。 结果表明:相较于圆形护套,翅形护套能有效增强发热电缆的传热性能,当护套内径由 12 mm 减至 7 mm 时,温降比例最大为22. 75% ,30 瓣的翅片相较于15 瓣,温降比例增大了7. 58% ;随着地板装饰层材料的导热系数增大,地板表面的温度呈先增大后减小的趋势;采用低导热系数的发泡聚氨酯作为保温层时地板表面的温度以及温升速率最高;铺设间距为 100 mm 时的地板表面温度相较于 200 mm 间距升高了 65. 00% ,且温度均匀性提高。 |

In order to explore heat transfer characteristics of fin-shaped sheathed heating cable,temperature field of circular sheathed heating cables and fin-shaped sheathed heating cables with different structural parameters are simulated,a two-dimensional heat transfer model of floor radiant heating system is established,effects of laying spacing,material of decorative flooring layer,and material of thermal insulation layer on heat transfer performance of fin-shaped sheathed heating cable are analyzed. Experimentall results show that,compared with circular sheath,fin-shaped sheath can effectively enhance heat transfer performance of heating cable. Furthermore,while inner diameter of sheath is reduced from 12 mm to 7 mm,maximum temperature drop ratio is 22. 75% ,and number of fins with 30 flaps increases temperature drop ratio by 7. 58% compared to 15 flaps. As thermal conductivity of floor decorative layer materials increased,temperature of floor surface is increased and subsequently reduced. Temperature of floor surface,as well as the rate of temperature rise,is highest when low thermal conductivity polyurethane foam is used as insulation. In addition,decreasing spacing of heating cable can improve uniformity of temperature of floor surface effectively. When the cable laying spacing is 100 mm, increases the temperature of floor surface increases by 65. 00% compared to 200 mm spacing, and temperature uniformity is improved. |
