减速器作为电动汽车动力驱动系统的重要组成部分,需要通过噪声振动测试来分析其噪声、振动、声振舒适度(noise,vibration,harshness, NVH)性能。针对目前减速器噪声测试台架的数据采集环境干扰大且整体声场分析理论欠缺的问题,根据半消声室中台架界面的空间特性,结合几何声学与声场域分割理论,建立了减速器噪声测试台架声场的半自由场偏差模型;通过实验验证了模型的准确性,并进行了测试平面半自由场偏差计算与声源高度影响偏差计算。结果表明,半自由场偏差模型的精度较高,误差为±0.5dB,对测试平面进行计算分析得到了平面半自由场偏差分布,获得了台架被测声源的合理高度,并基于以上结果提出了一套减速器噪声测试布点方案。 |

As an important component of the electric vehicle power drive system, the reducer needs to be analysed for its noise, vibration, harshness(NVH) performance through noise and vibration testing. To address the problems of the current reducer noise test rig, which is characterised by high interference in the data acquisition environment and the lack of overall sound field analysis theory, a semi-free field deviation model for the sound field of the reducer noise test rig is established based on the spatial characteristics of the rig interface in the semi-anechoic chamber, combined with geometric acoustics and sound field domain partitioning theory. The accuracy of the model is verified through experiments, and the semi-free field deviation calculation of the test plane and the sound source height is calculated. The results show that the semi-free-field deviation model can be used to calculate the deviation of the sound field in the test plane, the accuracy of the semi-free-field deviation model is high, with an error of ±0.5dB; the semi-free-field deviation distribution of the test plane is calculated and analysed, and the reasonable height of the measured sound source of the test rig is obtained, and based on the above results, a set of reducer noise test deployment plan is proposed. |
